You don't have to live with anger. There's a better way...

Anger Management Welcome to The Anger Management Group. I specialize in both the fields of anger management and life coaching.

I offer a comprehensive course that teaches people to moderate their behavior.

Students learn to identify their emotional triggers, relieve stress that leads to anger and illness, and to communicate in ways that enhance relationships.

The course is taught in a relaxed atmosphere in which students work together in a non-threatening way.

I work with self-referred, business-referred, and court-referred clients who are 17 years of age or older.

Our mission is also to provide quality training and support to professionals and students in the following areas: mental health, substance abuse, education, law enforcement, human resources, domestic violence, and pastoral counseling for those that desire or need to work with clients who have anger and aggression issues.

Many people today are faced with multiple stressors — bills, drugs, peer pressure, parenting, health care issues, and political change.  One of the benefits of our age of computers may be that we can gather information at lightening speed; however, the drawback is that we often live impersonal, isolated lives and many of us have lost the art of conversation and interpersonal relationships.

Life and getting ahead is just plain stressful.  When things feel threatening to people, sometimes they respond with negative choices.

An anger management class is a way people can practice expressing anger in an appropriate, healthy way and make better choices in their life.

We teach people about what anger is and how to recognize when a potential incident of anger is developing. Students learn how to become aware of their own feelings of anger and how to keep themselves in balance so their anger incidents are minimized and things don’t get out of hand.

We also discuss what other feelings they may have going on, such as depression, withholding or avoidance behaviors that weigh on them and lead to anger. We can do this individually, with spouses or families, or in groups to prevent the buildup and eventual emotional outburst of anger.

We offer a comprehensive, non judgmental course that teaches people to recognize how their body feels and relate it to their thoughts and emotions, so they become more optimistic.
